Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Loganville, GA 30052 to provide treatment in a home setting. Compensation: $110/eval + 2 units. Responsibilities Evaluates and treats hospice patients in a home setting. Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals. Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR. Provides own equipment including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor. Treats hospice patients. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
