With solutions ranging from intelligent capture to records management and archiving, Content Services connects information from across the enterprise with the people and systems that need it.Your Impact:This role will be responsible for defining and evolving a portfolio of strategic Content Management solutions, including Content Intelligence, WebReports, Process Automation, Document Control and associated platform services. The successful candidate will work across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, Customer Support, Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success teams to deliver innovative solutions that help organizations govern, automate, secure, and extract value from their enterprise content.The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise, deep knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and a passion for AI-driven innovation. They will play a critical role in modernizing the Content Management platform, enabling intelligent content experiences, and supporting OpenText's AI-first strategy by identifying opportunities to embed AI across the product portfolio.What the role offersAs a Sr Product Manager, you will:Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Content Management platform capabilities. Own business outcomes and customer value realization across Content Intelligence, WebReports, Process Automation, Document Control, and Process Control. Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-ready, high-performance solutions. Collaborate with customers, partners, advisory boards, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption and strategic product investments. Lead market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap prioritization aligned to customer needs and business objectives. Drive platform modernization focused on extensibility, interoperability, automation, compliance, and operational efficiency. Champion Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, RAG, intelligent automation, and content intelligence capabilities across the portfolio. Align cross-functional stakeholders and support OpenText’s AI-first strategy, operational excellence, product launches, and platform evolution.What you need to succeed5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or related experience delivering enterprise software solutions. Proven success defining product strategies, multi-year roadmaps, and driving customer-focused product outcomes. Experience with ECM, business process automation, governance, compliance, records management, and information management solutions. Strong background delivering SaaS, cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premises products within Agile development environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Cloud Operations teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience engaging enterprise customers in regulated industries and managing complex stakeholder requirements. Preferred: Knowledge of OpenText Content Server/OTCM, WebReports, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, enterprise AI architectures, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and cloud modernization initiatives; MBA or advanced degree considered an asset.One last thing:OpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
