Our client is seeking a Senior Production Manager to play a critical leadership role at its manufacturing operation in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven leader with a strong background in production leadership, Continuous Improvement, operational excellence, safety, quality, and team development.


Even more compelling, this position is designed to provide a clear path toward advancement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a Plant Manager position within approximately 18 to 24 months.

What We're Looking For


We are seeking an experienced manufacturing leader with:


At least 8 years of progressive production or manufacturing leadership experience.
Experience within the chemical, food and beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
A demonstrated track record of leading manufacturing teams and improving operational performance.
Strong experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, process improvement, waste reduction, and productivity improvement.
The ability to lead through influence, develop supervisors and frontline leaders, and create a culture of accountability.
A strong commitment to safety, quality, operational discipline, and employee engagement.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
This role is an excellent fit for a Production Manager, Operations Manager, or manufacturing leader who has already demonstrated success leading significant operations and is ready to position themselves for the next step into site leadership.


Compensation & Relocation


The company offers a highly competitive compensation package, including:


Base Salary: $130,000-$150,000


Annual Bonus: 12% target bonus


Relocation: A comprehensive relocation package is available for the right candidate.
