Junior Copywriter — NYC

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Junior Copywriter to join our NYC Creative Team. In this role, you’ll craft digital copy across a wide range of formats—from paid social ads and email campaigns to landing pages and brand messaging. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and marketers to produce compelling, conversion-focused work for innovative, mission-driven brands. This role is ideal for candidates early in their career who have 1–3 years of professional copywriting experience and are eager to sharpen their skills in a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment. What You’ll Do Develop clear, engaging copy for paid social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.), email, landing pages, and websites. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior creatives to build cohesive, high-performing campaigns. Brainstorm and pitch new ad concepts, scripts, and taglines for a variety of DTC and emerging brands. Conduct audience and competitive research to inform creative decisions. Incorporate data and performance insights to refine messaging and improve results. Participate in internal reviews, creative presentations, and occasional client calls. Grow your craft through structured feedback, mentorship, and creative learning opportunities. Who You Are You have 1–3 years of professional copywriting experience , ideally in digital advertising, branding, or content creation. You’re a strong writer with a sharp eye for detail and a natural sense of voice, rhythm, and storytelling. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally. You’re curious, proactive, and excited to contribute ideas—not just execute them. You're excited about using AI best practices to enhance your copywriting capabilities. You’re passionate about helping modern, mission-driven brands grow. You are NYC-based (or willing to commute) and authorized to work in the U.S. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Compensation & Logistics Base salary: $55,000-$65,000, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match) Location: NYC Start date: Rolling (we have ongoing openings for this role) PTO policy: 20 vacation days annually (plus paid holidays) About Us Superbolt is a growth marketing agency based in New York.
