Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided International workforce Flexible working hours Work-from-home days Regular social events Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's activities Lead and inspire a team of employees, providing guidance and support Collaborate with the board of directors to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan Identify opportunities for development and growth (collaborations, partnerships, and grants) Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Monitor and evaluate organizational performance, making recommendations for improvement Represent the organization in public forums and events Evaluate grantmaking procedures, applications, and follow-up Tell our story Market the impact and programs of BTLF Create volunteer opportunities and new programs, while managing existing service-work Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an executive director or similar position Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team (volunteers) towards achieving organizational goals Experience in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred) If you are a dynamic leader, mission-driven, with initiative, and a passion for driving organizational growth--we encourage you to apply.
