As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you are more than a caregiver, you are a trusted advocate, a compassionate leader, and an important part of each resident’s care journey. In our close-knit community, our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) have the opportunity to truly know their residents, understand their needs, and make a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

Provide skilled nursing care while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Perform assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition
Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality resident care
Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with nursing standards
Serve as a compassionate resource and advocate for residents’ needs

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
