University Promoter

We are seeking a motivated University Promoter for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Caguas, PR. This role supports student recruitment, admissions, and marketing outreach for an education-focused institution. The University Promoter will play an important role in generating leads, guiding prospective students, and helping the institution meet enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and guide prospective students in accordance with institutional policies, enrollment projections, and established goals.
- Provide accurate information regarding academic programs, accreditation, facilities, services, employment rates, credentials, and other relevant student resources.
- Coordinate and participate in marketing, recruitment, admissions, and student outreach activities.
- Generate required lead volume and support conversion from leads to enrollment for each enrollment term.
- Maintain updated prospect information in the appropriate systems and assist with student file completion.
- Represent the institution professionally during outreach events, school visits, and promotional activities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $11.50 per hour.
- Monthly car allowance: $250.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Caguas, PR.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Skype, Campus Nexus, Velocify, Nexogy, and related systems.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
- Ability and availability to travel as required for recruitment and promotional activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional image and ability to represent the institution with integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to manage prospect follow-up, meet goals, and maintain accurate data in information systems.
