Quality Assurance Coordinator

Purpose Directly oversees the quality department coordinating responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsibilities Ensure all custom complaints are investigated and resolved in an accurate and timely manner. Work with functional groups to facilitate communication of complaints and resolution. Ensure organization is in compliance with the requirements as specified in all regulatory documents as they pertain to the manufacturing of product produced in the facility. Conduct all quality training. Support ISO. Qualifications 4 year degree and/or equivalent training and experience. ISO experience.
