Precision CNC Turning and Milling Specialist
Where you’ll work: Onsite at Milton Roy — 201 Ivyland Rd., Warminster, PA 18974 (Ivyland, PA)
Shift: Second Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Your mission- Program complex parts at the control using Mazatrol and G/M code to meet engineering specifications and production goals.
- Set up and operate at least three categories of equipment: manual machining, CNC turning centers, milling machines, mill-turn machines, and grinders.
- Choose tooling and fixtures, manage tool life, and drive quality and throughput.
- Machine components to tight tolerances using blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions; identify defects and escalate appropriately.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs; notify the supervisor of major maintenance needs.
- Record setups, run times, inspections, and material usage; complete production logs, work orders, and documentation accurately.
- Partner with engineers, supervisors, and teammates to improve processes and solve production challenges.
- Participate in skills training and monthly EHS sessions; wear required PPE and report hazards.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of CNC machine operation in a manufacturing setting
- 2+ years of CNC programming experience
- Hand, pneumatic, and power tool use (wrenches, drills, presses, etc.)
- Precision measurement (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Reading and interpreting BOMs, drawings, and work instructions
- Problem-solving, communication, time management, and adaptability
- Ability to lift 35 lbs solo and 70 lbs as part of a team
- Work safely with a test PSI limit not exceeding 30,000
- 2+ additional years in fast-paced manufacturing
- Computer skills: SSO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook
- Advanced programming of complex jobs with Mazatrol and G & M codes
- Manual Grinder; Manual Lathe
- CNC Lathes (2–4 axis): Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, DMG Mori Seiki, Samsung
- CNC Lathe (5+ axis): Mazak
