WE NEED YOU — FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR WANTED!

Ready to hit the road, crush it in the field, and get PAID to do it? We're looking for a rockstar Field Service Supervisor to join our crew — and we need someone NOW!

THE PERKS: $28–$38/hour — and we're open to MORE with experience! Company truck — we hand you the keys! ⏱️ 60+ hours/week on average — cha-ching! ️ Paid travel time — the clock starts the SECOND you leave your house or the shop. That's right — your commute? Paid. Per Diem every single day you're on the road. Mon–Fri, 1st shift — home on weekends (mostly!)

THE GIG: You'll be on the road 80% of the time, traveling across the US — and possibly overseas depending on where the work takes you. This is NOT a desk job. This is a get-out-there, hands-dirty, make-it-happen kind of role!

WHAT YOU NEED: Experience with valves or at a valve company — if you know valves, we want to talk! No active non-compete — specifically, nothing that prevents you from leaving Control Southern. ✅ Clean background — we're talking CLEAN CLEAN. 10-panel, no exceptions. Drug screening to get hired — and you'll be tested at EVERY new job site, sometimes multiple times per site visit. If that's not your thing, this isn't your gig. CLEAN MVR for 7 full years. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. We cannot stress this enough!

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Operations & Technical Execution: Direct and perform on-site disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing of industrial valves (ball, gate, butterfly, safety relief, etc.) at facility and client job sites. Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and conduct thorough site inspections to establish optimal repair sequences.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and supervise crew members during daily operations to ensure high-quality workmanship. Develop and deliver targeted training programs to elevate team technical skills and foster continuous professional development.

• Quality Control & Compliance: Perform all work in strict accordance with quality control protocols, standard operating procedures, schematics, and applicable ASME National Board and OSHA standards. Complete all required calibration, safety, and operational documentation accurately (JSAs, vehicle/equipment inspections, repair logs).

• Safety & Problem Solving: Serve as a proactive problem solver, analyzing field challenges to implement safe, efficient solutions. Partner with management and the safety coordinator to enforce site safety protocols and ensure strict compliance across all job sites.

• Communication & Project Support: Maintain clear, timely updates with management, crew, and clients to align on project schedules and performance goals. Adapt flexibly to shifting site priorities and assist with additional operational tasks as required.
