$17 - $23 hourly

This role is all about precision, speed, and hustle. You’ll be right in the thick of the legal fight—managing documents, tracking deadlines, and keeping our attorneys and paralegals armed with what they need to win.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the calendar. From court dates to team meetings, you’ll keep everything on track and on time.
• Draft, format, and proofread motions, briefs, and correspondence that look sharp and read even sharper.
• Be the first point of contact for clients, courts, and co-counsel—responding with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
• Triage incoming legal documents and ensure they’re filed, saved, and delivered to the right hands fast.
• Run errands to the courthouse, post office, and wherever else the fight for justice takes us.
• Track deadlines like a hawk and remind the team what’s due when—before it’s even on their radar.

• Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a law firm environment as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Organizational skills and communication skills are necessary for this position
• Able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Associate’s degree, or some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is necessary

• Have 2+ years of experience in a law firm or litigation support role.
• Are obsessed with getting things right the first time, because accuracy saves lives.
• Manage time like a pro and don’t crumble under pressure.
• Know your way around Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and PDF tools.
• Are comfortable navigating the Wyoming Rules of Criminal Procedure, or willing to learn fast.
• Are eager to grow, hungry to learn, and fired up about doing meaningful work.
• Can take initiative, communicate clearly, and follow through without being chased.
