As a contract Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), you will play a vital role in supporting students’ communication and swallowing needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas licensure or eligibility for Texas state licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience with pediatric populations or within a school setting highly valued
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
• Solid understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for school-aged children
• Design and implement tailored speech therapy interventions
• Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, SLPAs, physical therapists, and occupational therapy professionals to optimize student progress
• Regularly monitor and document student achievements and challenges, maintaining thorough and organized records
• Offer therapy sessions on-site, with flexible options for full time or part time schedules
