Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately$66,080 - $80,640 annually ($31.75 - $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics. Structured Mentorship PTAs within 24 months of graduation receive structured mentorship and clinical development support to help build confidence and grow their clinical skills. PTA Responsibilities Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs Provide manual therapy techniques as directed Educate patients on home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and document outcomes Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and patient engagement skills New graduates welcome to apply Why Sarasota?
