Bell Audi is seeking a results-driven, high-energy General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our sales team and drive continued growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced automotive sales leader who is passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving top-tier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments.

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.

• Drive sales performance while maintaining strong gross profit.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives and KPIs.

• Work closely with Finance, Service, and Marketing departments to maximize dealership performance.

• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and a premium luxury buying experience.

• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

• Analyze market trends, inventory, and sales performance to optimize results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive sales management experience.

• Previous General Sales Manager or Sales Manager experience preferred.

• Luxury automotive experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated success leading high-volume sales teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

• Excellent understanding of inventory management, desking, and CRM processes.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
