Company SchuF USA is the North American Sales office for the SchuF Group based in Eppstein, Germany.SchuF designs and manufactures industrial valves that control, isolate, divert, or sample gases, liquids, slurries or powders. Our range of industrial valves are ideal for difficult or severe service conditions found in the chemical, petrochemical, polymer, oil, gas, refining, power, mining, and offshore industries. Requirements Buying and Logistics experience.Minimum 2 - 3 years buying/commercial documentation experience a must.Excellent communication skills required.High level of organizational skills and detail oriented.Able to work in small office environment.Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office business software.Knowledge of IFS software is a plus.Required to be local to Mount Pleasant, SC. This position is NOT REMOTE. Job Description Placing Purchase Orders (POs) with our factories Documentation & Compliance Logistics / Supply Chain Key Skills / Responsibilities The employee will handle all orders to our factories including draft, verify and issue exact POs, ensuring all details regarding quantity, part numbers, and pricing are accurate. The employee will manage essential paperwork – including customer contracts, bills of lading, and customer declarations – to ensure legal and financial compliance. Logistics & Supply Chain Knowledge:Understand shipping terms, lead times, and global trade documentation. Work closely with SchuF factories and Freight Forwarders to schedule and if required expedite valve and parts orders and shipments. Shipping & Logistics:Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customer brokers to track shipments, manage delivery schedules and resolve any supply chain bottlenecks. Software Proficiency:Utilize Customer’s platforms such as Ariba or SAP to receive customer orders, documentation (drawings, manuals, etc.),… #J-18808-Ljbffr
