Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–16:30) | Call Required: Approximately 9–10 Days per Month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and apply proper sterilization techniques within the Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Serve as a patient advocate throughout all procedures and interventions
• Assist physicians with cardiovascular studies and interventions performed in the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Support Special Procedure studies and interventions as directed by the care team
• Maintain compliance with all safety-sensitive position requirements in accordance with applicable state regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a current Arkansas RN license in good standing, or a valid Compact State license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission
• Minimum of two (2) years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• NIHSS certification and Nursys verification required at time of submission
• License must be in-hand at time of submission
• Candidates must be located more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
