Investment Associate

Currently, a premier NYC-headquartered secondaries fund is looking to add an Associate to its Continuation Vehicle team in Q3 of 2026. The firm has a strong global track record and is one of the largest managers of secondary acquisition and co-Investment funds in the world, offering Associates meaningful responsibility and broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle within a collaborative, high-performance environment. The Role As part of the deal team, you will play a key role in evaluating and executing single-asset continuation vehicles, working closely with senior team members across sourcing, diligence, and execution. Ideal Candidate Profile Top applicants for this role have a total of 2-4 years of full time professional work experience, graduated college between 2022-2024, and are either: Investment Bankers with high exposure to M&A deals and have strong modeling capabilities Direct Private Equity Investors who started their career in IB, and are keen to move into the secondaries space Additionally, candidates should have: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with a strong emphasis on contributing to and maintaining a positive company culture.
