Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working within K-12 schools preferred
- Strong understanding of assessment tools, data interpretation, and educational law
- Collaborative spirit and exceptional communication skills
- Passion for supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess student learning, behavior, and emotional needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
- Consult with teachers, families, and administrators regarding student progress and behavioral strategies
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Serve as a resource for best practices in mental health and student support services
- Facilitate and participate in professional development and training within the districts
