Celebration Chevrolet is under new management, and our dealership momentum is at an all-time highour sales volume grew by 40% in August alone. We run a lean, high-performing floor: our goal is to keep our headcount small so our top performers make the absolute most money possible.

Last month, our sales team averaged 16.4 retail units per customer advisor, with our top producer earning $24,000 (excluding additional direct-from-manufacturer cash incentives). That breaks down to nearly $200 per hour.

We are expanding our core team by adding exactly 2 proven sales professionals who know how to close deals, hit high volume, and protect customer satisfaction scores (CSI).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive High-Volume Sales: Consistently convert incoming showroom, phone, and internet traffic into delivered new and pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles.
• Maintain Impeccable CSI: Deliver an exceptional customer experience that protects our top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
• Maximize Pipeline & Trade-Ins: Manage leads efficiently in our CRM and drive vehicle acquisition through proactive customer follow-up and trade appraisals.
• Master Product Lineup: Stay up to date on Chevrolet technology, performance packages, EV options, and manufacturer incentive programs.
• Execute End-to-End Delivery: Walk customers seamlessly from test drives through financing transitions and final vehicle handovers.

Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 12+ vehicle sales per month in a retail automotive environment. (Please apply only if you meet or exceed this benchmark).
• CSI Focus: A history of maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction ratings alongside strong volume.
• Competitive Drive: Self-motivated, high-energy sales approach with a passion for high-volume earning potential.
• Professional Standards: Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and strong communication/closing skills.
