• Must be physically able to walk multiple buildings, floors, and grounds.
• Communicate visually or verbally.

• Drive an automobile, van, or light truck.

• Obtain information from individuals.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Take messages.
• Use conflict resolution techniques.
• Use oral or written communication techniques.
• Use a two-way radio or mobile phone.
• Work as a team member.
• Conduct field research or investigative studies.
• Conduct surveillance to obtain information for law enforcement.
• Use surveillance techniques.
• Direct human or vehicle traffic.
• Distribute traffic control or caution signs or markers.
• Follow law enforcement methods or procedures.
• Issue citations or warnings for violation of laws.
• Observe vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
• Explain government rules or policies.
• Follow confidentiality procedures.
• Follow professional ethics principles in law practice.
• Determine negligence or violation of laws or regulations.
