Overview Hourly Wage Estimate: $33.27 - $51.00 / hour. $10,000 sign-on bonus available. Bonus eligibility limited to candidates not currently employed by HCA HealthONE. This role is part-time nights, split between Southwest ER and Swedish main hospital. Schedule: Sunday at Southwest ER, Monday at main hospital 1800-0630. Responsibilities Cat Scan Technologists use computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients’ internal organs and tissues for diagnosis. Create and interpret scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate CT equipment, and position patients to capture appropriate images. Communicate and work independently in performing CT procedures on patients ranging from newborn to late adulthood. Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning and immobilizing, adjusting equipment and exposure factors. Demonstrate professional behavior and concern for patients, medical staff and colleagues. What qualifications you will need Graduate of 24-month AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology; ARRT certification required (ARRT(RT)(CT) and CE compliance; current BLS certification). 1 year diagnostic experience required; CT experience preferred. Solid to expert knowledge of CT procedures. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography; (ARRT-R) Radiography; Vocational School Graduate.
