Requirements:

* Current state Pharmacy Technician license * High school diploma or equivalent * Two years of compounding experience preferred, but not required * Ability to accurately and efficiently perform assigned compounding pharmacy technician responsibilities * Ability to complete bulk dispensing assignments accurately and on time * Ability to prepare and complete assigned compounded medication batches * Ability to complete assigned one-off compounded prescriptions * Strong attention to detail and commitment to prescription accuracy * Ability to balance accuracy and productivity in a compounding pharmacy environment * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Ability to follow established pharmacy procedures, workflows, and compounding processes * Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other team members * Ability to meet established compounding productivity and workflow expectations
