Account Sales Representative

Natera seeks an Account Sales Representative for its Women's Health team to support clinical specialists in driving market adoption and revenue growth across Salt Lake City and Southern Utah. The role combines direct sales efforts with customer relationship management and strategic business development.
Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Field Specialists in closing sales and expanding revenue
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and medical professionals
- Assess client needs and coordinate logistics and problem-solving support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements
- Communicate across internal teams and customers to maintain service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions, car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units
