BDC Agent/Scheduler

Job Summary: Crest Lincoln Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-service oriented BDC Agent to join our team in Sterling Heights, Michigan. As a BDC Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a base hourly pay plus commission. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various communication methods to effectively connect with potential customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries from customers, accurately gathering necessary information and providing assistance with scheduling appointments
• Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to potential customers to promote and sell products and services
• Maintain customer database and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth and efficient process for customers
• Meet and exceed set sales goals and metrics
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and information to effectively promote and sell products and services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Must be a self-motivated and team-oriented individual with a positive attitude
