- A compassionate and flexible mindset to adapt to changing student needs and classroom dynamics
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and adapt specialized instruction for students in the Ready, Set, Launch program
- Collaborate with related service providers and general education staff to ensure holistic support for all learners
- Develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in student progress meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that values and nurtures the abilities of each student
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates, resources, and support as needed
What You’ll Love About This Role:
- Contribute to a well-established, innovative special education program
- Long-term placement for consistent relationship-building
- Structured weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week)
- Opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative school community
If you hold a Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education Teaching license and want to make a lasting difference in elementary education, submit your resume today and take the next step in your teaching career!
