Our growing event marketing and promotions team is hiring energetic, motivated Entry-Level Marketing & Event Promotions Associates to support live events, promotional campaigns, brand activations, and community outreach initiatives.
No prior marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and the tools you need to build valuable marketing and communication skills.

What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Marketing & Event Promotions Associate , you’ll help bring marketing campaigns and live events to life.
Responsibilities include:
- Support marketing campaigns, live events, promotional activations, and community outreach
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and represent brands and nonprofit partners professionally
- Assist with event setup, execution, and on-site coordination
- Learn customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign messaging
- Work with team members to meet event goals and create positive attendee experiences
- Share customer and event feedback to help improve future campaigns

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or promotions is a plus—but not required .
