Accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a positive experience. Collect licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices. Negotiate car prices and trade‑in values for customers’ vehicles. Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options. Maintain a daily follow‑up task list for your customers. Address customer concerns promptly. Perform quality product presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers. Assist in maintaining the inventory of available vehicles. Qualifications Sales or Customer Service experience is helpful but may not be required, depending on other work experience. Desire to learn and grow in a retail environment. Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid in‑state driver’s license and good driving record. Excellent communication skills and grammar proficiency. Spanish‑speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
