Customer Experience Coordinator

This entry-level opportunity helps coordinate the details and interactions that shape a positive onsite customer experience.

People contact is central to the role. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Where you’ll contribute

· Support customer check-ins, requests, appointments, or service touchpoints

· Interact directly with customers throughout their visit

· Coordinate needs with appropriate departments

· Track feedback and recurring service opportunities

Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
