Senior IT Manager

Leading IT operations for a global team, the full-time Senior IT Manager will ensure seamless technology access while maintaining security and compliance in a HIPAA-regulated environment, directly managing a small support team and optimizing vendor relationships. Key responsibilities Lead IT operations and manage help desk coverage while personally handling support tickets Build and maintain systems for process visibility, regulatory compliance, and cross-organizational collaboration Optimize costs and vendor relationships, managing budgets and assessing software options for maximum value Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of IT operations experience, preferably in technology or startup environments 2+ years of people management experience, with a preference for managing remote and/or international teams Technical proficiency in endpoint management, identity/access management, Google Workspace, Jira, and modern SaaS ecosystems Experience with process and compliance documentation, vendor management, and adapting to regulatory requirements
