For more information about Bob Evans Farms, Inc., visit Responsibilities Position Overview Join our 10-week Finance Department program, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple finance and accounting areas such as financial reporting and budgeting & forecasting. You’ll work with finance team members and business partners to support reporting used in decision‑making and assist with the annual business plan process. This internship will allow you to make a positive impact by completing meaningful projects within Finance and participating in a broader intern project. Accountabilities Assist with financial data entry, transaction support, and financial record updates. Support variance and trend analysis to help the team understand business performance. Gain exposure to reconciliation activities and supporting accuracy checks. Conduct research on business trends and market conditions for assigned finance projects. Support ad‑hoc projects, special assignments, and process improvement learning opportunities. Key Learning Opportunities Gain knowledge and insight into budgeting and forecasting processes Exposure to financial technology and enterprise software Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, including Oracle and SAP Develop analytical skills by interpreting data and drawing conclusions Strengthen problem‑solving abilities while learning to navigate organizational culture Participate in projects that provide exposure to business performance and operational efficiency Collaborate with finance and cross‑functional partners through assigned projects and learning opportunities Build a professional network across multiple areas of the organization Qualifications Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Must have completed at least sophomore year coursework Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or above preferred) Experience Prior internship, part‑time, or project experience in finance/accounting preferred but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial or ERP systems preferred Developing analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership of assigned tasks, and partner effectively with peers and cross‑functional teams Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professionalism Self‑motivated, able to follow through on assigned work, ask thoughtful questions, and seek guidance when needed Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially #J-18808-Ljbffr Bob Evans Farms, Inc.
