About the Role:
WIngs Over Sanger is looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team in Sanger, TX! If you love crafting great drinks, creating a fun atmosphere, and delivering top-notch hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Greet and engage guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
- Handle cash and POS transactions, including processing payments and making change
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in compliance with TABC regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Previous bartending or bar service experience required
- TABC certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or meet Texas minimum age requirements)
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
