Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and monitor their progress regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and maintain a holistic view of each client’s circumstances.

• Utilize digital tools and platforms to maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in continuous professional development and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will work with clients from a variety of backgrounds, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in fostering resilience and coping skills in young clients, ultimately guiding them towards healthier emotional and social interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, particularly in a school or child-focused setting, is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for various mental health conditions.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to navigate cultural sensitivities in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
