Sr. Marketing Manager - BD Pyxis™ Platform

Senior Marketing Manager role leading growth and commercialization strategy for the BD Pyxis™ medication management platform. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, managing product launches, and translating customer insights into business growth within a global medical technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and identify growth opportunities to accelerate adoption and market leadership
• Define target segments, personas, and value propositions that drive customer acquisition and retention
• Develop and execute marketing plans including campaigns for awareness, engagement, and loyalty
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand workflows, needs, and market trends
• Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and optimize marketing investments for measurable results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years marketing experience in complex, global corporate environment
• Track record leading product commercialization and new product launches
• Expertise developing and executing go-to-market strategies with segmentation and positioning
• Results-driven with ability to navigate ambiguity and execute initiatives
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• MedTech industry experience preferred
