Analyst, Finance, FP&A Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team, supporting the financial performance of the U.S. business for Clé de Peau Beauté . This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Operations to deliver financial insights that directly influence revenue growth, margin performance, and commercial decision‑making. The role spans core responsibilities across budgeting and forecasting, as well as support for strategic, revenue‑driven and cost‑optimization initiatives across the organization. What You Will Do Lead month‑end close process by partnering closely with accounting and business teams Perform variance analysis versus budget, latest forecast, and prior year identifying key drivers Prepare financial commentary highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities Track and analyze gross margin performance by product and customer/channel Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the U.S. commercial P&L Analyze pricing actions and promotional investments to assess commercial effectiveness Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support forecasts, business cases, and ad‑hoc commercial analysis Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights Who You Are At least 1 year of experience in Financial Analysis, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or a related role Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and core financial functions Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights Effective communicator, comfortable partnering with non‑finance stakeholders Solid understanding of P&L dynamics, margin drivers, and commercial levers Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail What We Can Offer You At Shiseido Americas, our pride extends beyond our rich legacy to our passionate and talented team that brings it to life every day. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job‑specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience.
