Recruiting/Administrative Staff

Duration: 5-6 months

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Workdays: Monday - Friday (Saturday recruiting as needed)

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic knowledge and understanding of federal and state HR regulations

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting role or equivalent HR experience

Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required

Job details:

·         Coordinate new hire onboarding activities during recruitment phase

·         Maintain internal posting process

·         Conduct phone screens, interviews and formulate offers for open hourly positions to quality candidates

·         Utilize company candidate management software for the purpose of recruitment

·         Conduct pre-employment screenings to ensure candidates meet hiring guidelines

·         Compile and report data regarding recruitment and trends (i.e. Orientation List, 4pm Report etc.)

·         Positively support business plan goals

·         Perform the following functions:

·         Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

·         Exhibit safety awareness and competence with attention to detail

·         Communicate and serve as a role model for policies and procedures enforcement

·         Conduct training for management on new initiatives

·         Support and serve as a role model for KPI’s of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Environment

·         Act as a role model for all Associates and adhere to the company core values:

·         Support continuous improvement activity surrounding recruitment practices

·         Work to meet customer’s expectations and fulfill their needs maintaining communication and good rapport

·         Policy enforcement and interpretation as needed

·         Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and sustains trust with peers and customers

·         Participating and/or facilitating HR or related projects

·         Support leadership with other assigned duties and tasks

·         Assist with front window coverage as needed          

·         Assist in preparations for orientations
