From build to live operations to teardown, you'll own execution standards, jobsite culture, safety compliance, and team performance.This role requires someone who can:Give and receive clear directionProactively solve problemsCommunicate across departmentsLead by exampleExecute with discipline and precisionIf you believe in doing it right the first time—and better the next time—you'll fit right in.What You'll DoExecution Planning & CoordinationDevelop detailed execution plans outlining staff responsibilities, workflows, and timelinesOversee install and teardown scheduling, equipment planning, logistics coordination, and outbound documentationReview project scope and construction documents to ensure full understandingCreate schedules, crew lists, scope breakdowns, and jobsite work packetsProactively identify risks and implement preventative strategiesCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Resource Managers, Manufacturing, and Logistics teamsEnsure staffing changes are communicated within 24 hoursOn-Site Leadership & ManagementLead field crews through build, live event, and teardown phasesAssign daily tasks and maintain clarity of expectationsConduct site inspections using Field Operations ChecklistsMaintain detailed daily logs (Macro Plan, Weekly Work Plan, Percent Plan Complete, Constraints Log, Action Log)Monitor costs and ensure operations stay within budgetAudit equipment and materials upon deliveryManage issues, risks, and change requests in real timeReinforce a positive, accountable, high-performance jobsite cultureLEAN Process & Continuous ImprovementApply LEAN principles (5S, waste elimination, continuous improvement)Lead initiatives such as "Right the First Time" and "Perfect Teardown"Conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasuresTrain crews on LEAN standardsAnalyze performance data and drive efficiency improvementsSafety LeadershipEnforce strict adherence to safety guidelinesLead daily safety briefingsEnsure proper PPE and training complianceComplete and submit safety documentation and incident reportsCollaborate with safety leadership on jobsite safety plansPost-Event & Cross-Department SupportProvide post-event reviews and documentationSupport cost estimates for proposalsDeliver operational feedback to Manufacturing, Logistics, and leadershipManage multiple priorities simultaneouslyWhat You Bring1–3 years of industry and/or project management experience (preferred)College degree (preferred)Strong project management and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprint drawingsProficiency in Outlook, Excel, and WordExperience with Monday.comLEAN experience (highly valued)MS Project and AutoCAD experience (a plus)A drive to meet objectives efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleYou hold high standards—for yourself and your teamYou communicate clearly and consistentlyYou stay calm under pressureYou lead with accountability and ownershipYou balance budget discipline with performance excellenceYou don't just manage projects—you elevate themIf you're ready to lead teams, execute with precision, and build something exceptional on every jobsite, we'd love to meet you.Apply today and help us deliver excellence in the field!
