Surface Experts South Charlotte is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to fuel our long-term business growth. In this role, you will be the driving force behind generating new business, cultivating strong B2B relationships, and boosting revenue with our existing customers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a daily and weekly sales schedule to maximize productivity
• Expand the customer base by conducting 1015 face-to-face meetings per day with both potential prospects and existing clients
• Drive field engagement through consistent on-site visits, strategic phone calls, and structured email follow-ups
• Partner with B2B industries including Property Management, Hotels, Moving Companies, Home Builders, Restoration Services, Realtors, etc
• Consult with clients to accurately identify their needs, submit project estimates, and recommend tailored service solutions
• Own and strategically manage the designated sales territory to drive regional growth
• Cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with clients to ensure brand loyalty and retention
• Track and report weekly sales metrics and field results directly to the manager
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of all new products, service offerings, and pricing structures

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, including a strong comfort level with cold calling and lead generation
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain company solutions, build trust, and deliver highly professional presentations
• Tech-savvy mindset featuring hands-on experience utilizing a CRM system to track sales activity and manage pipelines
• Strong professional drive including a goal-oriented mindset, an emphasis on customer service, and a passion for working collaboratively within a team

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
