We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Weekend Dispatcher to support our service team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a part-time position working weekends, with the opportunity to work from home following the completion of training . Schedule Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Part-Time Position Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules and customer needs Manage emergency calls and prioritize service requests Update customer information and job notes in company software Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency Qualifications Previous dispatching, customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and multiple screens Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry experience is a plus What We Offer Part-time weekend schedule Work-from-home opportunity after successful completion of training Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a reputable and expanding home services company Why Oceanside Services?
