Responsibilities:

• Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc.
• Conduct web research/searches.
• Screen applicant resumes.
• Conduct pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom.
• Resume formatting.
• Perform reference checks.
• Solicit new clients.
• Cold-calling.
• Candidate relationship building and management.
• Participate in networking events.
• Read training materials and participate in training exercises.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of staffing agency work experience, ideally in Technology and Sales.
• You thrive in an environment where you're surrounded by people.
• You not only eat tech and engineering for breakfast but can hold a conversation about how it impacts the business world.
• Curious and investigative mindset, innovative thinker, and creative problem solver.
• Bring a high level of energy and commit to achieving your daily goals in a dynamic environment.
• Have strong reading comprehension, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop professional skills.
• You are self-motivated and unafraid to take risks and think beyond the box.
