Summit Athletic Club is hiring an experienced salesperson to drive personal training, coaching, and add-on membership revenue across our club.

This is a performance-based sales role. You#39;ll own your pipeline from first conversation to renewal, run consultations that close, and use body scans and our Performance amp; Wellness Center as tools to help members commit to their goals.

We#39;re looking for someone who has carried a sales goal before and hit it, and who knows how to sell with integrity. If you#39;re confident in a consultation, comfortable talking about price, and motivated by results, we#39;d like to talk with you.

What You#39;ll Do

Sales and pipeline

• Work new member and CRM leads daily through calls, texts, and in-person conversations.

• Book and lead consultations every day, keeping your calendar full.

• Present and close personal training packages and coaching memberships.

• Track your activity and results in the CRM and hit weekly and monthly targets.

Body scans and wellness as sales tools

• Run 3D body composition scans and turn the results into a goal-setting conversation that leads to a recommendation.

• Know our Performance amp; Wellness Center offerings well enough to explain them and make warm handoffs to providers. (General education only. You won#39;t diagnose, prescribe, or give medical advice.)

Retention and renewals

• Match new personal training members with the right trainer based on personality, goals, and schedule.

• Check in with members if appropriate.

• Watch session usage and re-sign members before their package runs out.

• Reconnect with past members and warm leads who haven#39;t committed yet.

Who We#39;re Looking For

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in-person or consultative sales (fitness, wellness, health, or membership sales preferred)

• Experience managing leads and follow-up in a CRM

• Comfortable leading face-to-face consultations and discussing pricing

• CPR/AED certified, or willing to become certified within 3 months of hire

• Relationship-driven. Members trust you, refer their friends, and come back to you when they#39;re ready for more.

• Disciplined with follow-up. You work your pipeline every day, whether it#39;s a busy week or a slow one.

• A believer in fitness and wellness. You understand the gym environment and believe in what we sell.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a gym, fitness studio, or wellness setting

• Experience with body composition technology

• Familiarity with medical weight loss, peptides, or other wellness services

Schedule

Full-time with a flexible schedule, including a mix of mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays based on member demand.

Compensation

• Base plus Commission starting $60,000 annually
