Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | No On-Call Required | 4 Weekend Shifts Per Month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed Medical Surgical unit with a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Utilize unit equipment including bladder scanner, vital sign machines, and telemetry monitoring
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including LVNs and Patient Care Technicians across night shift
• Maintain a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to patient outcomes and unit operations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of nursing experience
• Prior Medical Surgical unit experience in a travel or contract capacity
• Receptive to feedback and demonstrates an ownership mentality in patient care
