Restoration Technician

ServiceMaster NCR is hiring a motivated and dependable Restoration Technician to support our mission of helping families and businesses recover after disaster strikes. For nearly 40 years, we’ve provided top-tier water damage restoration, mold remediation, hoarding and biohazard cleanup, and more across the DC Metro area. Whether it’s a flooded home or a major cleanup, our technicians are on the front lines delivering fast, effective solutions with care and professionalism. Main Office Location: Alexandria, VA (Service territory includes DC, Maryland, and Virginia) What You’ll Do Provide emergency restoration services for water damage, mold, and biohazard jobs Set up and monitor equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers Follow job scopes and instructions provided by the Lead Technician or Crew Chief Remove unsalvageable materials and perform demolition/cleaning as needed Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety Communicate clearly with customers and team members Document all work performed and report any issues or equipment malfunctions What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team player with a positive attitude Reliable and punctual, with a clean and professional appearance Able to read and follow product usage labels and safety guidelines Good communication and customer service skills Prior experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning is a plus, but not required What We Offer Fast interview and hiring process Hands‑on training and opportunities for advancement Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Supportive team culture with strong leadership Uniforms and gear provided If you're ready to be part of a growing team that makes a real difference for people in need, apply today.
