Project Manager II – Ryan Companies US, Inc. Immediate career opportunity for a Project Manager II to join our office in Minneapolis, MN or Austin, TX. Responsibilities Work with project schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports. Lead construction progress meetings. Oversee design development. Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules, and bid documents. Negotiate and award subcontracts. Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and provide job status reports. Work directly with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors, and various internal teams for support. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management. 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi‑family experience preferred). Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1 – $75 million range. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools. Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing. Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, and owner/clients. Able to travel for projects if needed. Preferred Qualifications Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management tools. Proactive and effective communication, a focus on customers, and a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Compensation The annual salary range is $105,000 – $120,000. The salary may vary within this range based on factors such as the location of the position and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.
