How you'll make an impact in this role * Maintain proactive patient surveillance by utilizing advanced video monitoring systems to continuously track and safeguard assigned patients. * Facilitate clear remote communication by providing direct, real-time guidance and supportive instruction via interactive two-way audio devices. * Mitigate clinical and environmental risks by immediately identifying changes in patient status or safety levels and escalating findings to the nursing team. * Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity by thoroughly documenting meticulous logs of patient activities, behaviors, and comfort-related interventions. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: * BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: * High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. * Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
