I began my career with State Farm in 2009 working in corporate before transitioning into agency ownership, bringing that experience and perspective into how I run the office today. I studied at SUNY Buffalo where I also played basketball. Outside of the office, I enjoy fly fishing and spending time supporting my kids at their sporting events. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
