This individual will play a key role in driving sales of our innovative packaging solutions to a diverse range of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in packaging machinery and a proven track record in sales, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities within the packaging equipment sector. Develop, manage, and close a sales pipeline generated through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows. Provide in-depth product knowledge and expertise to potential clients, understanding their unique needs and offering customized packaging solutions. Conduct on-site application audits, time studies, and consultations with clients to recommend the best packaging equipment for their operations. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals that are foremost driven by ROI and in alignment with customer requirements. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the engineering, service, and sales support to stay updated on the latest equipment features, innovations, and technology. Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring profitable transactions and exceeding sales targets. Provide ongoing customer support, including training, troubleshooting, and after‑sales services to ensure optimal equipment performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using our CRM tools. Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the packaging, industrial equipment, or manufacturing sector. Proven experience in selling packaging machinery or related products is highly preferred. Strong technical knowledge of packaging equipment and automation systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as required. Proficient in CRM software.
