Sleep Expert - Sales

Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority. Provide technical and product knowledge, serving as the subject‑matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (e.g., resolving issues, sending delivery reminders). Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+pounds. Compensation Competitive pay range of $42,000 to $64,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience.
