Sanitation Technician - 3rd Shift

A Taste of Your Responsibilities Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, smokehouse and facility areas. Use high-pressure hoses and approved cleaning chemicals to complete sanitation activities. Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures when preparing equipment for cleaning. Complete routine and deep-cleaning tasks according to established sanitation schedules. Complete required safety, quality, and food safety training. Accurately document work activities and follow established procedures. Ingredients Required for Success Manufacturing, sanitation, food production, or related work experience. Ability to work independently and follow established procedures. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to work in wet, hot, cold, and noisy environments.
