Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Patient Care

Schedule: Days 7a - 7p

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- Active RN license required or eligible to obtain
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Clinical experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients upon admission, obtaining relevant medical history and conducting necessary evaluations.
- Plan and implement care in coordination with a physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy in dosing and administration.
- Maintain clear and confidential documentation, communicating effectively with team members and patients.
- Respect patient's cultural, lifestyle, and personal values in the care planning process.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
- The facility has the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.
