Automotive Title Clerk

Automotive Title ClerkP & W BMW is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, the Automotive Title Clerk will be responsible for managing the paperwork and processes involved in vehicle title transfers. This is a full-time individual contributor role that offers competitive salary and benefits within the exciting and dynamic auto industry.Compensation & Benefits: P & W BMW values our employees and offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts.Responsibilities:Prepare and submit title documents for new and used vehicles to the appropriate state agenciesEnsure accuracy and completeness of all title paperworkProcess title and registration documents for leased vehiclesVerify lienholder information and communicate with lending institutionsRequest payoff quotes and submit payments to release title liensMaintain and update vehicle inventory recordsCommunicate with customers and other departments to resolve title issuesKeep up-to-date with state laws and regulations regarding vehicle titlesFile paperwork and maintain organized recordsAssist with other accounting and administrative tasks, as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or similar positionStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with dealership management systemsFamiliar with state laws and regulations related to vehicle titlesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentMust have a valid driver's licenseEEOC statement: P & W BMW is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
